I have to act this way because there were really huge amount fakes i bulk denied some case.

thanks for update, I really suggest that dev should improve your blacklist system,
so many people are banned with no reasons.

This is extra job for me but if there is enough community behind this idea i will have to satisfy.
I can send remaining coins to c-cex or any party trusted for destruction. (I am not sure if they accept this but just an idea so i don't have to hard-fork) Our distribution wallets is known in the OP.
