My words were a bit harsh there but yeah regardless I do not think there is any real course of action. This is the wild wild west, and if you went to a DA , I think they might laugh and ask why you would invest in stuff like that to begin with. If it were regulated then perhaps we could do this, I do not think we can with the current ICO scene.
Lastly, I doubt anybody knows the real identity of the OP or the devs. And if they did, they could easily make a new account and say there are somebody else so that does not seem feasible as well. It is unfortunate what has happened but I would say two good things came of it.
1) You learned the valuable lesson of not investing into something you do not 100% about
2) Sometimes in this cryptoworld some people are going to do this and cliche incoming only invest what you can afford to LOSE (ie dont go 50-100% on any one thing)

EXACTLY! Ammo released only a few months ago with an ICO, if there's a technically pertinent reason then it should be a coin SWAP, otherwise this is one thing and one thing only... A CASH GRAB and it makes those holding ammo "classic" makes their coins appear worthless.
