Hello, first good luck with Skeincoin and well done with all the hard work till now, i was wondering if you Dev's will be also active with a betting-platform, whereby we can bet on sportgame's.... in my case soccer. Course i saw that you already created a casino online or will you need other permits to also have a kind of betting platform, course each weekend i bet on ball-games and lose........ and than i can lose in skeincoins and don't have to transfer euro's anymore to the bettingplatforms, are there plans for that in the future ?

Half the Team is ill, so communication was worse than usual. Sorry. Further some task got postponed for the same reason. Still some important news to share:

JFM NEWS:
+ Cryptopia updated the Wallet. That is important, now MINERS can upgrade. After 70% upgraded the softforks will take place :rocket~1: and Kendra can work on the next Wallet upgrade. This speed of development is amazing! We are on our way to Segwit, Atomic Swaps and all new features comming slowly step by step with the comming walletupgrades
+ We got listed as some of the first coins on some new european exchange. We did some tests, trade, deposit, withdraw and everything worked good, please check yourself before trading. As always with exchanges, don't store your coins there, exchanges are only for trading! + halfing has taken place unnoticed by all but a few. From now on miners will get rewarded with 1 instead of 2 SKC per block. This might lead to a temporary slow down of transactions if miners switch the coin, it might also change the price as Skeincoin is becoming more rare and difficult to get by mining now. Time will show!

Q: For what purposes/markets skein will used for and how you gonna reach it.
A: Atm we will be focus on gaming world, but that might change
Q: What Skein is doing to stay on track regarding to his competitors (now and in future)? About technical development of skeinproducts and it's people, businessdevelopment/sales, targetting and who/what and why youy choices?
A: skeincoin dev had 3 years of bitcoin dev done in the last 3 months :smiley: - (which is easier as we are following the bitcoin dev)
Q: The real urge of use of skein also in the future. Thinking about the neefs of ypur consumers, users and investors.
A: skein is fast already and can get much better and faster with segwit lightening, it will be cheaper and more usable then other value-transfer coins (our goal). then we need adaption. but before that we need some more technical work done. it's difficult as we need to do 10 things at once )))
Q: Why aren't you working full time on this project?
A: As we are from the good old times, before that ICO for every thing hype and the blown up marked, we just have NO income by Skeincoin atm. So it's hard to feed the mouths AND do the Skeincoin fulltime. But we are trying working out that, as we want to invest more time, too!

4 months ago was before reboot. so... aeh? what?
growth of bitcoin changed what before reboot? like nothing? the chart of skc from beginning 2017 to start of reboot isn't showing much interest of skc in the growth of bitcoin. maybe I just don't get your idea, sorry if I misunderstand you. What exactly is your ?idea? ?problem?
We will check the solo-mining problem you are talking about, that's serious, if it's true. thanks for pointing on that. But the other points I don't get 

A good wallet you released! It does not support SOLO.
Have you forgotten the history of the network hash, prices? Another 4 months ago, DIFF blocks did not exceed 5. There were no pools. The network worked only thanks to SOLO. The price for SKC was 40 satoshi. Only thanks to the growth of BTC coin has grown. And then you have euphoria. Come down from heaven to earth.
Miners will leave with pools, who will move the blockchain.

And before you blame me, study the question.
What historical period are we talking about? Two month?
By the way on pools only ASIC. The ratio of Diff / price for GPU miners is not profitable.

The main topic discussed yesterday was the wallet development for Skeincoin and the features we will and might implement with it. The most important message is for sure the coming SegWit implementation.
It was a meeting where we reviewed the passing 2 months and also had a look at the roadmap again for the coming quarters. A note about the wallet, the mentioned wallet update(0.12.1.1) is a prerequisite for the following updates coming here-after. These are requirements for Segwit Atomic Swaps, and possible privacy upgrades. The upgrade is required.

+ With SegWit Skeincoin will be able to handle more transactions per second on the chain. It allows for more options such as the LightningNetwork, AtomicSwaps, Schnorr, MAST and many more!

The concept presented by this project is very good, I am sure if this project will be successful, if there is a good cooperation, surely this project will grow rapidly. a project that is fairly new, plans to launch applications and systems that Skein remember that cryptography currency is the future, The future is sure to be available for everyone, hopefully this project will be successful.
