I have to agree. I think the dev(s) have move on to other algorithms as well. Buyer beware.

That's very common with some wallets.

Unlock it first, fully unlocked not just for staking. Then send.

I can confirm this. Was having trouble sending coins until I fully unlocked wallet, not just for staking, and it worked fine.
