no matter what config, the most i can sync to is 10560. I tried the nodes posted before with "connect" instead of "addnode" no joy either.
I'm not sure if it makes sense anymore to invest time in this. There seem to be several forks, and on all ends ppl are solomining like crazy.

how do you query which nodes are on which block?
You connect to them one at a time using connect=IP in the .conf file and wait for their response "Version:XX height:XXXXX"
