Great!  And hurray for public APIs Smiley

I do wonder, though... dev: should it be SLIM or SLM? SLIM makes more sense to me, though SLM is pretty funny to French people (hi guys!),, but references to 'SLM' would have to be adjusted in a few places.
i think SLIM sound much better Smiley

btw, i have a question, if I turn my wallet off, will the 23 coins be wasted, or it still counts when i restart the wallet?

You have to keep your wallet on. If you turn off your wallet, it is the equivalent of turning your computer off for PoW.

currently i turned off after i burned coin...even I restart the wallet...so the coins which I used to burn are no longer work for me?? that's means these coins are wasted??

Reading this thread, you refer to mining difficulty being too high from someone hiring up EC2 instances, where it seems that someone is you
You then say there's problems with burning- which can scare others off, you then say someones burning large amounts of coins making things tricky
again that someone seems like you, now you say your wallet hacked by optimized miner download. It seems essentially you are trying to put others off whilst you accumulate with head start

Correct me if I am wrong. You have to unlock the wallet to mine/mint ? Even if you unlock for minting only wallet is still capable of sending coins.

I am setting up a new wallet, this is just insane.

There is another bug in the wallet, i cant get it to list ALL transactions using listtransactions.
The default command that works on bitcoin and litecoin slimcoind listtransactions "" 999 does not work

Are you sure it shouldn't be
Code:
slimcoind listtransactions "*" [true|false] 999
?
( not sure if that should have the quotes.. or even care about the '999'.  If it does, it needs to be preceded by true|false anyway, as the third parameter is the 'fBurnTx' parameter. )

Thanks, that works.

@Dev, please support RPC batch commands. I'm trying to make a pool, but the wallet needs some patching.

I hope no pool and only cpu solo, burning coins is also the best choice

10 hours ago i burned 41 coins... then got nothing, left it alone.. now that i look there are 4 mint by burn blocks..
I still don't get how this PoB is determined.. is there some min and max blocks inbetween burning and possible success of it?

Think of it as renting a mining rig. When you burn coins, you're renting "hashing power" for a certain amount of time, each year, the hashing rented is less effective, and so you must rent more hashing power. Burning coins is exactly the same scenario, but without the expensive heat generating mining hardware involved.

Highly likely its the guy with the optimized minerd. I thought i ran it as normal user with a new rpc credential but seems like he somehow got the real creds.

Why are you blaming me? Look at my commits and tell me where the malicious code is. LOL.

Yes I have time to look through the 10000 lines of code.
If you knew how git worked, you wouldn't have to.

Anyway, I'm working on a pool for Slimcoin, stay tuned.

sandor111 somehow being on the MYR thread has helped me in this thread. How? Welp, primer- is in my ignore list, and noise levels on this thread are low for me....

I invite you to ignore trolls, there's a link on the left side of every post that lets you filter out messages from a given user.
