I have fixed the issue with the bad propagation times, it was a really small bug that I previously did not notice but I did and so far, my node seems to be working like a charm.
I will have an update coming ASAP.

ITS BROKEN - same fucking issues, blocks not propagating, wallet freezes when syncing peers, etcetc.
