Well competition is always good for the market. Even if there are some similar projects, it does not mean there is no room for one more. Especially if this one is maybe better then the other ones.
Yes, competition can be good for the market but it could also be hard for SophiaTx to gain a foodhold when the competitors are already well-established.

As far As I know SAP is developing its BaaS blockchain As a Service but it's just a private chain
I don't think it's the same thing since SAP services a niche, but SophiaX wants to service more of a broad market.

They have been thinking about that and they decided not to do it
After careful considerations of all the pros and cons, we think it is not suitable for our type of project and strategy, therefore we decided not to proceed with bounties.
