Your balance should be recorded in genesis block right now. There shouldn´t be any damage since you just transfer your old tokens. Late registration instructions will be released very soon, just follow our official channels for the newest updates.

So the old token in the origin account will swap?
Because it doesn't matter for me that the tokens in the origin or destination account will swap with new tokens; Both accounts are mine.
The snapshot was on the origin account or something?

Yes. If you had a (non-exchange) account that had SPHTX on the 23rd of July (snapshot time), you will be able to claim the new token.

Old tokens became worthless after July 23rd. Why are so many dumb people buying them on EtherDelta? They deserve to lose money and learn from it. Next time they don't do that.

It's really risky business to allow people to swap who bought after the 23rd of July.

If I have transferred between two of my own accounts, can I claim it twice? You're really getting in difficult, subjective opinions and paying potentially twice for the same SPHTX token..

For what I understand, the balances taken into account are the ones that were actual on 23th 23:59 CEST.
Any transactions made after that time just not taken into the snapshot used during the genesis process.

Can you prove that you did not buy these tokens after July 23? - No you can not. Even if the tokens came to you at the address not with ether / forkdelta / idex or another exchange with open withdraw. Maybe you bought tokens from someone directly. All the tokens that appeared on the addresses after the 23rd day are empty.
