I am afraid that you will get the price of the round in which your transaction arrives. If you want to make sure your transaction gets through the network in some acceptable time you should set gwei in accordance to that. You can always check current values at: https://ethgasstation.info/

Hi, you have to have an ethereum wallet. You can find a guide how to create one here as well as how to buy ETH or create other wallet or buy other cryptocurrencies to participate in our TGE. Then you have to do KYC registration. You will find the guide for it among the guides as well. Once you pass the KYC you can participate in our TGE (the guide is among the guides as well).

Go to the official website and go through the KYC registration, then click on the contribute and follow the instructions, you can buy for DCT with 10% bonus. ETH = 1447SPHTX.
