It always look not that bad, but if you realise, they have this 10% in time, when there is still beginning of creation of coin and only very few coins in hands of miners, those 10% easily becomes like 95% and so on.. I use your suggested cli, but it is still doesn't work, the port 55491 provided is conflicted with p2p port. The default rpc port would be 55490, so i leave it as default value.
