I'm not talking tracking mate... I haven't even been notified about comp options...

Also they repeatedly stated in this thread that the GB would be shipped this week... Do I need to go back and quote it?

EDIT: Bad typos...

When you get the compensation letter shipping letter soon follows.

Wish you speed in reception of both.

Well diff just jumped ~17% highest percentage jump in a while I hope sptech isn't mining withe the August gb hardware
You know we don't.
GB machines weren't produce yet. They'll be produced and shipped during next week.
We're producing and shipping 50-100 miners a day.

So its 1pm on Thursday in Israel right now and I still haven't even got a email about the compensation options.... Starting to seriously doubt the possibility that they will ship all the GB units by the end of the week...

Prove me wrong Spondoolies ... prove me wrong please  Undecided

I haven´t gotten my tracking email either.

I am quite sure that spondoolies will ship in August though, and if any delays should occur I am also quite certain they will make it right by providing some sort of compensation.

Please, edgar, do the following:

1: Write FedEx/DHL on how to improve thei shipping routes (as they are seemingly doing something wrong by your account) LIE
2: Stop blaming spondoolies for what a shipping company does.  LIE
3: Tell us whether FedEx/DHL will hire you as their shipping consultant. WTF
4: Tell us how you would design the perfect bitcoin miner with a good efficiency aswell as shipping (and building) as fast as possible. ZZZZ

Please Collider, do the following;

1 - PLEASE dont cast aspersions
2 - PLEASE dont twist a picture into a blame game conundrum - its dishonest and pathetic
3 - PLEASE mind your own business and stop being a perpetual knob-jockey
4 - PLEASE dont try and turn other peoples failings into a bunch of confusing and pointless waffle.
5 - PLEASE dont bother replying, you are a waste of time AND energy.
6 - if you REALLY feel the need to make stuff up and tell victims of deceptive marketing campaigns how they should be over the moon, PLEASE try focusing your energy on your new best mates' conduct.
7 - if you genuinely feel the need to acknowledge a post, PLEASE dont just ignore the major point/s and focus on what you think is important/easiest to confuse the issue!!

i struggle to see your purpose in continually telling me (and others) what to do wrt spondoolies fuck ups!! (NOT THAT I HAVE OR DO HOLD SPTech RESPONSIBLE FOR DHL's LOGISTICS) but you know that dont you, you just cant help yourself from twisting facts into blame-game shit - again and again

you have your machine that you claim to have paid full price for, enjoy it!!

again, i beg you - please dont reply to me. your kind of help is far from helpful (to me)

all i see is yet another crooked 'helpful' poster who cant help but run his mouth for no valid reason - unless its part of the unmentionable 'deal'

NDA much??   <<<<

Thanks Zvi - hoping for as little input as possible to be honest, but thanks for the heads up!!

All those getting SP30s from GB contact me if you have issues but before that:

1) Update to latest version - 2.3.27
2) Install team-viewer or open ports for me to access your miner.
3) Contact me to zvi@spon...

Obviously - 13 hrs in the wrong direction is to be expected & nothing to worry about at all.... (17 hrs since pick up)

Despite making it clear that i'll be away from the 31st, DHL not delivering on Sunday (the 31st) & Guy clarifying that he has no clue if it will arrive this month or next.

but thanks for your 'help'

Are you being fair here?
I assume you got a tracking number and you want an answer from SP when it will be delivered.
SP has said they use the fast possible method and this you can verify from the shipping rate they used. If they used a slow one then you have every right to complain.
Since it has left SP premises and it is with DHL you have to deal with DHL.
DHL/UPS/TNT DONT deliver on Sundays - so even if they used a different company you wouldn't receive it on Sunday.

So now to your issue. The miners are using DHCP to setup network. Maybe you have to make the space needed, prepare network and cabling and have somebody place it there, power it up and then use teamviewer from your computer to setup the credentials to your pool etc.
Then you will be a happy miner Smiley

i think you may be confusing one or more posts with mine.

all i posted was a map with arrows pointing the wrong way. NOT blaming anyone, just pointing out FACTS as opposed to assumpotions and obfuscations. (im not suprised it threw you off though, with so much of it going on in here.

it was collider who once again jumped in with 2 left feet announcing that it was 'normal' and 'nothing to worry about', for what - i dunno...

im sure you can agree that 17 hrs in the wrong direction is far from 'usual' and equally far from 'nothing to worry about'

as to being fair - is shipping the 'august' miners on the last possible days of august fair??

is having a self appointed army of BS artists confusing everyone, fair??

it matters not.

and.... i have not mentioned DHCP/space/networks/cabling/power or any of the other stuff you mentioned, although i dont doubt there will be more drama once it arrives despite what the handful of 'full price' paying optimists claim.

all i/we can do is sit on our hands and occasionally vent in here - and even that seems to upset the same fortunate 'full price' few for some reason...

it seems the 7 usd per day theyve been accruing for 2-3 weeks isnt enough to keep their noses out of the rest of our concerns... peculiar!

Like all of these companies they often have a central hub. DHL = http://www.dpdhl.com/en/logistics_around_us/from_our_divisions/leipzig_hub.html

Suffice to say... they probably ship faster to you via the Lepzig hub than other hubs as per their sorting system. But of course they are going to save the most money if they route packages via the "cheapest" route within their system... or you will definitely pay more for something that doesn't ship through their normal hub routes. Remember most of these companies have a limited fleet so you can't expect perfect straight line coverage. Lots of hops typical.

Note if you are in Norway... EXCELLENT direct route almost from Israel.

My S2s from China to Norway via another company was abysmal nearly 4 days? Had to drive from Oslo to southern Norway and CUSTOMS was a bear as well.

DHL ... touched down in Norway few hours ago then popped over to closer airport.

Buddy picking up the SP30's as I post. Can't wait to see them hashing today!

Pretty fast shipping have to say.

Glad to get tracking... My SP30s on the way to Norway just as the temps start cooling off.

Thanks SPTech for getting them out the door.

Hope to be mining in a few days.

Also shout out to RoadStress thanks for putting the GB together and getting us those discounted rates!

Very smoothly handled GB and the charity was definitely a PLUS to the whole experience.

Hello
i´m pretty new .
i´m from munich and have ordered one sp31.
I´m able to host in czech republik for 0,1€ for kw/h in my house here , but what when there is a problem
i live in Germany , munich.
should i host first 3 months at spondoolies-tech ?
What would you do ?

Regarding SP50 can someone explain what should be better when it comes with 8,8 TH/s and 4,5kW power consumption end of november ? RawDog posted

This means SP50 has 1,95 TH/kW  instead SP31 has 1,83TH/kW , so is 6% more efficient

o.k. there is the price  SP50 cost one TH 556$ , SP31 cost one TH 709$
but one month later delivery , maybe

So RawDog how do you calculate i don´t understand

I am from munich too :-)
i would suggest you to not host it in your hometown i cechz.
first you have to pay VAT after import into the EU, second you have nobody looking after your machine is a big problem.

i host with advania in iceland and soon hopefully in washington too.

good luck!

There is no announced sp50 (see what your posts are doing to newbies rawdog?)

That user can safely be ignored (he seems to be trolling this thread pretty hard), most of his posts are either FUD or outright lies (or contain completely irrelevant information).

I guess I would find hosting outside the EU, as you would need to pay additional 20% VAT on miners imported into the EU.

wow its in Memphis already , cant help but be excited to receive it now even with the lower hash rate :  This is my first bitcoin miner after mining scrypt the last two years.

wow spoke to soon just checked the tracking and saw this :

Clearance delay!!!
Shipment requires importer's registration/identification number for clearance. (Examples include EIN, SSN, VAT, GST, RFC, etc.)

what ?

Well you get something imported from another country. So it needs clearance. What exactly is needed I don't know for USA but somebody that has done the process can help you.
You should just call DHL, provide your tracking number and ask what they need.

So I took your advice and called FedEx and gave them my Business's TAXid (EIN #)  as well as my phone number.

I hope that's enough ugh I don't want t wait till next week.

Your government wants to identify you via one of the numbers, eg social security...
