The idea is not new, but still I am concerned about the conservative real estate industry and legal issues. You can't just buy eral estate for crypto. But the blockchain can be applied in many other ways in this sphere, so I hope it will be a success.

-What will cause a market demand for the coin so the price can go up?
-What will convince people not to sell it once ICO ends so the price will not drop?

1) The market demand will be supported by real asset (commercial real estate) and real cash flow generated from its lease. The more effective fundumental business, the higher its market cap.
2) No one can avoid speculations and saleouts, but the real payback of the project will retain strategic partners.

This project has a completely different concept. I strongly believe there could be more than one real estate project. There are also multiple crypto currencies, and only a few people believed in bitcoin in the early days.

Why's ITO not ICO ??
I hope the performance of this project will be different than all previous real estate related projects. I can see this project has hard cap of $90.7 million which is not little high but extremely high because in past we didn't see appreciation for real estate projects. On the other hand some project is to change that trend and that can be this one. I think preito will define many things.
Real Estate is getting more attention in crypto universe a lot of projects around with same concept. This industry has big chance to get explode in future so it will impact on the price of this token too I will watch closely for further news.
