Objective:


Our objective is to achieve price stability via a majority supply IPO (provided VIA Bittrex). 70 percent of the coin supply will be offered at 750 satoshis (well below market value for a 5 million coin supply).
This price will allow everyone a shot to purchase a stake below market value (as per price trends of comparable coins). As well, since a majority of the coins will hit the market out of the gates, the dreaded multi-pool dumps will be muted.

A major benefit to this IPO model is its security. We will only offer the coin IPO via a trusted third party exchange (Bittrex).

Part of the IPO will be reinvested into the project to help drive adoption.

WARNING: This coin will launch as a normal POW coin. We want ensure coin stability before offering the IPO coins. This means that the coin will be available on the exchange before the IPO. All buy orders above 750 satoshis will get filled as we will buy them up as we place the coins on the market to sell. Unless you are guaranteeing your IPO purchase (placing it so you don’t miss it), make sure to be mindful of your orders getting filled by the IPO coins.

NOTE: The Dev team will be prohibited from receiving a pre-mine. We will be required to purchase the coin via the Bittrex IPO the same as everyone else. We will offer a block explorer and allow everyone to see the transaction history of the IPO coins.

The backbone will be designed around the Scrypt algorithm.  This architecture has demonstrated itself it be very reliable. In our opinion, successful payment systems need stability and reliability, and we feel Scrypt fits the bill.

We will be seeking members of the community to join the Square Foundation during the launch to support future development.  These are PAID roles as the level of commitment and support from these members will be crucial to the project’s success. We will pay in Square post launch, and pay specific BTC bounties for professionally developed resources (such as a block chain explorer, website, logo development etc).
