What do you mean but legal qualification? If I understood their process correctly they use other cloud providers to deliver their services; like what dropbox used to do; they used to use S3 from amazon.

You have to take into account with your bonus what you actually spent per token when you buy into ICO's with bonuses, consider them a discount over ico price not "free tokens" now if price drops in the above example to .001$ per token, then ya idiots are dumping because they thought their bonus tokens were "free" so any profit is profit to them, but normally their will be a lot of people placing buy orders at the "discounted" cost price from the ico.

You have good point phantam, but all good ICO listing at premium price. And I have seen people booking profit specially bounty hunters as well as in where buyers received high bonus. That creates bit panic in the beginning.

Pros: Team has MVP, Community is growing fast, solid project and roadmap, good working website and longevity of domain
Cons: Team is a bit young, no partnerships or full explanations of how these "apps" will be utilized through certain cloud services, scalability?

Anything else I'm missing? I do think this will resolve issues surrounding the under taking of developing and using blockchain apps on cloud systems and for various platforms.

A few questions to have answered before pre-ICO starts!

Very possible theirs alot of discussions going on outside of BCT i have heard squeezer mentioned a few times in chat rooms i normally don't hear talk much outside the big 2-3 coins, so it caught me off guard. So seems that theirs a good bit of buzz building for the team and project, which ahead of a presale is something thats really big to see. As it means that word of the project is already spreading very early, which means demand should be quite high as the sale starts going.
