I'd like suggest you two option for rise stash price/volume
a) burn some stash to be max supply 20 Million or so
b) raise the amount of masternode collector to 100K stash
I think point b will have the negative effect on price. Most coins which increased collateral was seriously dumped in a short time. a) burn some stash to be max supply 20 Million or so

My masternode is up (ENABLED) for about 23 hours, but I still haven't seen any MN reward. Is that OK?

Masternode and pool on the same server could work, but probably you will experience some problems with your masternode.
If you have enough RAM you could start 2 instances of the daemon. 1 for the pool and 1 for the masternode ->recommended in your case...
Regarding error messages:
Have you installed the latest updates? Had the same issues before after updates everything went smooth. Best experience with Ubuntu 18.04....
