Thanks for your interest!
Until we have all legal documentation we stay in protected mode and need to do make sure we do not get in trouble with neither US nor EU authorities. We are currently working on the compliance and will change the disclaimer and our paperwork according to that. The security token game is quite challenging as there are few precedents.
Hopefully, it doesn't sound as misleading anymore, but we are glad to answer any further question you might have!
