Bittrex doesnt add coins if u don't pay, EMPOex is for sale, voting on other exchanges doesnt work at all, safecex seems that it is in trouble, Cryptsy = grab an run = dead, Poloniex and Bleutrade also doesn't add new coins, so Altcoins market is stucked, not just several offline wallets on YoBit.

Yes it is, We have not currently decided when we will be releasing Gen 2 think we shall hold vote for that
