Here is how the raffle will take place :
Rules :Classic raffle, with 15 spots and three tables of users.
A future block will be chosen, this will be the first winning block.
The two last digits of the hash determines the winner.
Left digit will pick the winner table, and the right digit will pick the winner in that table.
If one of the last two digits is a 0, or no winner is picked, this block is invalid and is replaced by the next block until a valid block comes out.
The drawing will continue until 5 players have been selected.
