Haven't been able to connect to eth.suprnova.cc for quite a while now. Seeing that the Pool's Hash Rate is 0, I'm guessing nobody can.
So what's going on?

Could you add new equihash coins to your pool? All are based on zcash tech and looks promising.
They all have bigger hashrate that ZER listed in suprnova.

Can't register with other pools, states email address already in use. If I use the current password it states username / pw invalid and need to do a pw reset on that pool to login. (At the same time cancelling the previous pool login)
