That's fantastic news.  Some of the best coins in the crypto world imo.  And funny that those are the one's I've pretty much been following since their inception.  Good solid picks.

Very interesting... you could use all the other coins blockchains to anonymize coins with one "MAIN" chain that would serve as a "mixer", throw in some TOR to hide the IP's and thats are pretty advanced ANON solution, i know you guys arent focusing solely on ANON and your more geared towards EASE OF USE but hey if you get an EASY TO USE ANON SOLUTION then EVERYBODY WINS! especially SWIFT holders....

I will be watching closely...
Excactly, we are getting the best of both worlds here. Also I really like the participating Teams, most if not all the best altcoins in my oppinion, are involved.

this is the start of a partnership between some of the major devs all working together to solve the major problems in crypto, ANON, ease of use, ect..

This is crazy.

I mean it sounds kind of cheesy but it really is more than money.
Just imagine this for a sec: A decentralized Reddit like platform, where for example law proposals can get voted up or down and if there is enough interest it gets put up to a vote over the blockchain for all authenticated users. I mean this technology will change society as a whole. No more shitty corrupted represantatives, everybody will be able to vote from their home, regarding every major decision.

Of all the coins I have read about on the forum only Bitswift has enlightened me to how amazingly useful the block chain
can be.  Cool

Well IBM and Cisco get it but they're working with the bitcoin blockchain.
https://gigaom.com/2014/09/09/check-out-ibms-proposal-for-an-internet-of-things-architecture-using-bitcoins-block-chain-tech/

I can see the value of using that network but for me bitcoin development happens too slowly. I bought swift based on the modular and service oriented design. If they can do the geo thing right and support some intelligence / contracts it will be everything i need.

Will SDDNS allow you to give human-readable names to objects as well as people? I mean could I call an object my_color_printer or 1st_floor_fridge or something? There are some obviously killer crypto applications that would become very easy to implemement if this is the case. internet-of-things kind of comes to mind.

Yes, just as the Internet Domain Name System (DNS) assigns domain names to IP addresses our SDDNS system will allow users to dynamically assign names of people and objects to BitSwift addresses.

You may for instance claim "YourName = b322329hj3213n2o13nm12on21p309" or "ThisObject=B23non2i31djsxyz12390fj9023jrj2930j"

The SDDNS module will not be enforced, so those users who wish to run without a "Digital Identity" can still transmit SWIFT without requiring to register any identities.

We are implementing a Proof of Existence (Proof of Document) module soon (in next wallet release), which will allow you in the future to then Create a Digital Identity for yourself, as well as bind that the Digital Identity directly to your physical identity via proof of document.

Perhaps you own a vehicle, and so you wish to assign an identity to that vehicle, and to proove your ownership you use proof of existence to bind the ownership to your digital identity.

Further, reputation systems can be built on top of Digital Identities and those Reputations (SwiftRep) could be utilized outside of the BitSwift network (for instance maybe on your EBays seller page or Facebook profile)

All of these are possibilities with BitSwift - we are building a distributed network for you.

Thank you

Will geoSEND make it possible to make location based payments? Like a contractor only gets paid if he's at work on time?

Shit, so this is what techie guys were saying all along when they said blockchain tech would be the way to enable the internet of things (and money). My mind is full of fuck right now, the possibilities are fucking huge!

Interesting, that is a well thought out business plan. Not sure if anyone really noticed, but the burn feature ensures that BitSwift scarcity will increase over time as its use rises. This is an excellent value proposition for investors, especially as one is not required to shift coins (like VIA's attempt at the same idea). So a 5 million count modular coin with built in burn towards scarcity. Sweet!

Exactly.  There are so many good ideas in the whitepapers it's insane.  This coin takes Satoshi's block chain and uses it to build products.  It's similar to what Ethereum is doing.  Except instead of having to buy into a bazillion btc IPO and waiting 2 years for any real development, you could have gotten in for 8000 satoshis and have products built in a few weeks to months.  With bitcoin's rise in price, I expect this coin to reach well over $1 per coin in the coming months.  When bitcoin reaches between $500-600 USD, that puts SWIFT between 150k and 200k sats in price.  I think that's easily attainable when just a few of the products listed are released.  If everything is released, then it could easily break several dollars a coin.  Which means if you get in now, you're looking at 10-20x returns.

Man that would be something.
