Anyone tried to withdraw SYS from Mintpal lately and succeeded ? Or other coins besides sys ?

Why, what's up?
Never had issues with Mintpal withdrawing coins.

P.S. Just sent some SYScoins from Mintpal to my wallet to check functionality. Absolutely no issues. Then I sent them back to the exchange, all is fine.

Thanks, I guess it was a weird password issue which locked my account.

All of the little people put together don't have as many BTC and SYS as us bigger players. For us, 25000 is pocket change. If I put up 100000, another big player would buy it all up in one go. It is the small guys with only 1000 or 5000 or 10000 SYS to their name that are fighting each other to sell cheapest. If all of you would just park your SYS together at say 570 or 600, we would still buy you up at the higher price - because we can. Quite a few of us have 2.5BTC or 5BTC or 10BTC to buy with. So, when you all sell for 424 and 380, you're making yourself poorer and us richer. Have some respect for yourself and try to sell at double what you paid. If you only have $0.5 dollars worth, why sell it for $0.25 when you can double it and have $1.00 to buy a whole candy bar?

How do you do that? There is basically no volume to buy 25000 without jumping the price out of the 400 range.

I started with 3 BTC. In a few swings from 400 to 500 I've made over 1 BTC. I will continue to do so until I double my investment, then I will sell half and let the rest sit in my wallet, while people like you will still have what they started with. This is a speculative coin now, not one of those that have huge price spike after launch. And I hope we will swing like that for many months, because it is good for traders.

You are not doing this atm though. There isn't much f trading going on in sys for the last days.

Actually I am doing it right now - buying SYS in small chunks and I have already set some of my sell orders, however I won't be sharing exact prices, because I think I've already told too much. Anyway, there is still lot of room for more traders, so I don't risk anything. The lower the price, the bigger my profit. Buying for 200 and selling for 250 would be better than buying for 400 and selling for 450.

People commenting on "buying at 400ish and selling at 500ish" etc and repeating - you aint done that in the past 24 hours have you - because theres just not that level of swing going on, infact its not hit 500 on any of the exchanges in the past 24 hours as far as i can see.

Seems to be swinging 420-450 ish mainly now and at those sort of levels its not worth the risk imo to mess with, incase it scoots up right after selling.
I do think theres going to be some big gains for sys in the coming months but would rather risk day trading my vertcoins atm and using those profits to simply buy sys.

Wrong. Buy at 380 - 480 then LET the price go higher, so that when you DO sell, you make even bigger profit. Squeezing the price down is just LETTING other people steal profit from you. You are doing it to yourself.

Yeah, I bought another 1/2 million SYS in that price range. Except I am not flip-selling them for cheap, like so many people that are doing exactly what you said. I plan on picking up another 1/2 million or even 1 million before the selloff ends. I might start selling small batches of 25000 per day, when the price tops 2000 each. Maybe.

- many people are buying at 380-480 satoshi levels and they are selling out at 500 with a decent profit, because they know that sellers will surpress the price at 500+ satoshi levels, so we will have to deal with people swing trading at 380-480 satoshi - it will last for a few weeks I guess, until someone decides to buy buy wall at higher levels or something huge in PR terms happens

I have to agree. That's basically what I am doing. SYS gave me tons of money already. Buy at 400, sell at 490 and never let the price go higher = profit.

currently.. buy at low price(380-450) sold on 500+  then re-buy at about 400 lol..this will still last for a long term...

Seems to be common strategy.

depends on the situation of coin

WARNING: I say "F*CK". A Lot.
It would have been a huge spike is everyone had not panic'd and dumped because the price took a minute to rise... It was rising until a bunch of weak hands started insta-dumping. I was there. I  watched it happen. And I'm still watching it happen. As soon as the wallets allowed transfers, all the shits from bittrex moved their coin and flooded Cryptsy. The prices was 928 all morning. Then bitt-punks showed up and drove it down to 416 in about 10 minutes. If they had all -every one of them - put their dumps at exactly 928, their SYS would have still sold 30 minutes later when all the other money got to Cryptsy too. You all have ZERO ability to wait for anything longer than half a minute. You need to practice getting over that, then you can grow.

You, by your own words made several trades just to gain 1/3 on your principal. I gained 1x on my principal in one single trade. Took 30 seconds for me to make 1.25 BTC starting with 1.25 BTC. I did that a couple of times over a couple of days. I didn't SPAM-flip-trade. One shot, once a day. Leave room in the market for the price to rise, not drive it down. But you all fucked that up for me and everyone else who were trying to make an OUT-DOOR for the people who really wanted a way out without taking a loss. You all abused it.

Now, you keep trying to flip-trade small, we'll keep buying you up, but us big guys aren't selling. So you won't be able to keep buying for very long. You will make small profits for a minute or two, then it is over for you. Your fault. If you all would settle down a bit and use that gray noodle in your skull, you would buy, hold, sell for 2x ONCE a day so as not to drive the price down. And be able to keep doing it.

But don't listen to me. Keep letting me buy you until you are gone. I'm cool with it either way. But it seems from all the crying, that you guys aren't cool with it. So, fix yourselves.

I have every hand tool and most power tools a man can own - but I can't fix stupid. I can tell you how, and you only need one tool (hint, the tool is you but you have to stop being a tool).

YES, let it get above the 400 range. Then you could make money and stop being upset that you have no profit. YOU have to stop driving it down. It isn't us doing it. We're trying to drive it UP to 5000 or more. But we aren't planning to buy-sell flip it every 2 minutes. We want to buy anything under 1000 and keep it until it is way high. If you all buy now and hold it at 450 or 500 and wait a few days instead of selling cheap, the price WILL go up and you can make 10x your profits. Playing small makes you small. Play big and get big. But that takes a few days of patience. It's not lake Facebook where you text each other every 5 seconds. It's like Skyrim where you grind the game for days.

How do you do that? There is basically no volume to buy 25000 without jumping the price out of the 400 range.

why price of SYS so bad?HuhHuh?

You have to be patient.

This is probably result of several factors:
- most people who bought for the presale price want to exit (I don't think this is smart to exit), so whenever the price reaches 500+, someone starts selling out (and we need hundreds of BTC sold over 500 satoshi price to start moving forward)

The price will satisfy you at some point, but it won't be days but rather weeks.

Pretty much this. Easy opportunity for swing trading though.

This is probably one of the best examples of projects being developed for Ethereum right now, and is being used as the prime example of what's possible.

http://www.mintchalk.com/

If i were to explain to someone why Syscoin and business on the block chain is superior to current alts what could I discuss/show? Unfortunately, the market place in the wallet is still full of people wanting to sell a signed copy of their balls. smh. So I'd rather not showcase that!

It seems SYS did the hard stuff first (all the coding) and now wants the community to help make stuff and showcase it to everyone. Make videos and interactive things to give people an idea on what's possible. It just takes time and hopefully this coin will only get better and attract more people instead of the opposite which would be drive people away because it's too hard to understand.
