Some people got his address. if they would come out it would be great. I live in Belgium and can start a legal action against him.

I feel too sorry for this coin. I was hoping that it would bring more development but it's been several weeks now, and no news from dev. The idea of the game was really cool. I guess this is another shitcoin. Will probably sell my TAM and exchange them to BTC.

What is exactly the problem? You did not explain it well in the first post. Maybe I will go to the main thread to see what you are talking about since I am interested now.
A week ago bitspender said he would start a new thread... but it did not happen
Weeks ago bitspender said he would launch a game/exchange... but it did not happen
I know he invited some guys to his house, so this got my trust. However he is too silent.. having no active topic etc.
