Ok, bit of an update, edit your .conf's addnode to say
":19846" after the only IP (not sub-domain) in there. I'll release an updated config.bat if you'd like.

is the date mentioned in the OP correct?
The date of the original launch? Yes. Tecoin was launched by a dev who only 2 weeks later, abandoned the coin. I picked it up earlier today.

For those having trouble connecting on Windows, make sure you've run the config.bat hotfix! If you're on Linux, add this to your .conf: addnode=63.142.250.220:19846
