For normal syncing, an empty file "snowgem.conf" is enough.
Dev, There is keystore or how can i backup my coins ? And how can i set password on my wallet ?
You can dump privatekey and or your wallet.dat file.

Website is very simple , no White paper , no roadmap . Wallet need to be downloaded . Fee for mining is no cheap . I think you should be update more info and down mining fee .
