Hello everyone, I have implemented the test jinn network to check the number of saved transactions and the amount on the sender's account, as I wrote above.
Parameters will be dynamically changed via sending from me, so that we can quickly respond to external changes. We can also disable such checks.

Test condition:
Total 118 nodes: 78 public + 40 hidden (without open ports)
Each of these 118 nodes created 40 test transactions for for within 100 blocks during 5 minutes.
Maximum number of transactions in the block 3000, the blocks are formed every three seconds.

TERA new core JINN test net currently have about 110 nodes, including 70 public nodes and 40 closed ones (without a public ip).Need nodes in America for quality testing.

There are currently 47 nodes in the test network. This configuration can withstand 1000 fps per second.
Testing was performed as follows:
Starting from the same moment, each node created 80 transactions per block and sent them to the network, which lasted for 30 blocks
