Its for the first 50 or 60 odd blocks !
First 150 Blocks according to the source. The benefit with P2Pool is if you put in the shares now you will still be given the same % of block reward later if you leave and let the PPLNS do its job.
To maximize your payout just stick on the P2Pool so you have the most shares submitted

Difficulty is different in P2Pool. It's just the share difficulty. I can confirm its paying out and mining correctly. Im the other miner on there

Nikola Tesla was always better, just underrated 
however now he is getting way more recognised, and the fact edison was such an egotistical asshole with zero morals is coming to light.
Of course i can't really mine either much since i am ltc doge bee and others but will stick 1 miner on tesla ...... this guy was undersold the first time around.
although the params for both seem stupid... these blocks are way too slow to be fun to mine.
