What about a real white paper? The file you are providing as white paper is advertisement without any technical details.

The technical whitepaper will not be released yet as the code is still being developed. When you say a technical whitepaper do you want theoretical concepts or coding outlines? Currently the alternative whitepaper being developed is a mix of the two.
