Copy paste the nodes listed below on a text file such as notepad, then save as: select all files (.) - (put a name, lets say tic.conf) you should get a "tic.conf" file.
Run wallet.
Hint: if this dosen't work go to AppData\Roaming\Trueinvestmentcoin folder and create a shortcut of ticinvestmentcoin.exe, then go to the shortcut proprieties and on the Target case type at the end of path "-conf=tic.conf" save and run the shortcut.
It should look like this: C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Trueinvestmentcoin\trueinvestmentcoin-qt.exe -conf=tic.conf
