I read a news about the lottery system being stopped. I hope so. Lotto system prevents the development of the project. Maybe it can start again after a certain time. But then this is not the time.

IMO lottery system made confuse to dev and system because someone attacked to decrease node numbers.
That is rumor, not sure it is true or lie.

I hope Tierion team develop better solution to distribute tokens to holder.

No proof just pure speculation for sure.The thing i can see on here is that they are in partner of Microsoft which we do know that its a big company possibilities on hyping this out will be there.

What are the new rules? Have they changed lottery system?

They stated multiple times that the 5000 token minimum is temporary and it was put in place to reduce the number of nodes while they test and optimize the network, its not hard set at 5000, they havnt released any new rules as of yet and no details on the lottery system and if they plan to keep it in place. The update just a few hours ago stated that they will release more details next week on what they have planned for re-enabling rewards and node registration.

I think the reason why the price of the progeny is low is not the team. reward system. People who use software sell their awards directly. for this reason the project is always on the spot.
