Is it possible to migrate tokens from MEW to the Chainpoint network?

I read 2018 review and found (Many customers have migrated from the original Tierion application to the Chainpoint Network, but several still haven’t made the switch. The original Tierion application will be available until Q2 2019 to give customers additional time to migrate.) Do i need to do a switch if i keep my tierion in Myether wallet?
What do you want to "switch"? Do you have an application that works on the original Tierion application?

Its real use cases, technology etc. Anyways, I am glad the partnership with Microsoft was refreshed.Not that I'm aware of, but the teaser included all the right buzz words... App... complete ... Microsoft. Hopefully we'll get some more updates on this app as well as further tokenomic information from the team in the near future. FCT doing well even in this down market, looking for TNT to join the party!
