The FAQ says I need a private key. Where do I get my private key? Why will I need it?
Every wallet have private key.its depend on which wallet provider wallet you use.you did not mentioned which wallet you use.you don't provide details.some exchanges and online wallet provider not give you access to private key.private key need you for clam token.tokens are smart contract so you need private key for clam token.
How to get my tokens after ICO?
The tokens are not released yet, latest by 1st September.
Once released it will automatically be transferred to the Ethereum wallet address from where you sent the funds for the ICO. Once you have it there you can transfer to where ever you prefer.
I suggest you download a good secure desktop wallet, there's many available for free. Exodus is quite good as it supports many coins.

They should already block the ico, becouse they have reached the goal. I hope they will just refund to those who didn't make it, if they give them coins after 25$ mln is reached... They are greedy and this will be my last ico...
