one question... I can't make a sell order as usual on TME market... someone knows what is happening?
If that is your first trade on Etherdelta than you should follow the instructions which are given into help section. It's little complicated for first time user but after that you will be able use it like normal exchange.

I know how to trade on etherdelta for this reason I wrote "as usual"... what is happening is I've done several deposits and they are all refused, and before you asking I have enough ETH as gas.

I don't want to be rude but, for god sake, read previous post! You must send a non zero amount to your parent address in order to get 1270 tme there. You can do it 10 times so, for make it simple, you can send 0.1 time for each batch. The more you wait on doing this, more tme you will generate, 12700 tme if do it now, 50000 if you do it 10 years from smart contract deployment What must i do? Nothing or?

Basically you are getting 12500 coins instantly vs 50000 coins in 10 years. (10 years time increases your initial amount by a factor of 4)
Why do you getting 12.500 coins instantly? I don't understand.
If you sent 10 batches of non-zero Eth from your child to your parent address, then you would get 12,500 tokens. If you wait 10 years you will get 50,000 coins if you sent 10 batches back to back. As previous stated, you are starting with 12,500 tokens, and gaining ~10.2 tokens per day that you DO NOT create the coins via sending Eth to your parents address from child address.

Although this market is live there but still order placed on both sides. Don't know when this market will be open there I hope dev will contact to other exchanges to make it list there.
TME has not been added to EtherDelta yet. See EtherDelta's code: etherdelta.github.io/config.js -- no TME yet.
ED is a great decentralized exchange! On its Github repo anyone can simply make a pull request (e.g. for adding TME).

How to list a token:
Any Ethereum-based token can be imported as a custom token and start trading on EtherDelta, without permission.
To appear on the list of official tokens, the token owner/creator should PM me with the following information:
a. Token address (code should be verified on Etherscan)
b. Official Web site (the token address should appear on the official Web site for verification)
c. Paragraph description of the token.

Is there a verified desktop wallet equivalent of Electrum for Ethereum where we need not download the entire blockchain? I know of MED browser wallet, but any other that the community supports?

According to the address list. There are 541 pages, each page has 7 pair of addresses, that would equal to 3787 pairs.
In 10 years, 3787 x 50000 = 189350000 coins. The actual number of coins should be less since some people mine early.
