HitBTC and ShapeShift are currently the best options. AFAIK, it's free to get listed on either of them, literally free.

Yes, you need 0.1 BTC to vote there. I see TME has got only 1 vote on C-Cex, it will take many months to list there with the same rates, unless we speed up voting!

Good to see that dev is very active. I hope there will be a fix for TME soon!

U must do it on MEW, first you need to add TME as a costum token (if you don't already did it; for contract address maybe someone will answer after me), then you must send non-zero amount of TME from child address to parent address to generate one batch
