The only thing we are lacking right now are miners. Even though we just passed the halving, mining Titcoin should be fairly easy right now even with moderate mining power.

I am happy to announce that we have gone past block 2,000,000 and successfully passed the 4th Titcoin halving!   This means that the block reward for miners lowers to 4.3125 TIT, which should motivate them to add more mining power and increase the security of the network. Hi all, some Titcoin news for you!  

Novaexchange (https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_TIT) confirmations are set to 700 (roughly 12 hours) now to compensate for the low net hashing power of currently 10 TH/s. (see https://www.blockexperts.com/tit). The Novaexchange team is very professional and reacts quickly to these kinds of requests. With 700 confs it should be relatively safe to buy TIT on Nova, even with our current net hashing power. If you want to buy or sell titcoins, I strongly suggest you to use Nova.

Please do NOT buy TIT on Yobit (https://yobit.net/en/trade/TIT/BTC) unless you are willing to put yourself at risk! Yobit uses an old Titcoin wallet from 2014 and requires only 20 confirmations, which makes it vulnerable to double spends. Yobit does not have a professional support team and has a very bad track record at maintaining coins, so I would suggest to avoid using Yobit altogether.

Unfortunately Coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/titcoin/) insists on listing Yobit as the only market, because they don't add any new markets that have less than $1000 daily volume and Yobit was added before that policy was introduced. For that reason please be aware that the information on Coinmarketcap is not always up to date and might not display accurate information about small coins like this one.

Yeah unfortunately this has caused a lot of confusion. The press release was created by TittieCoin while they tried to take over Titcoin. Probably in order to increase their market dominance in the space of adult coins, idk. Basically they tried to take over Titcoin while at the same time abandoning it and telling everybody to swap. Of course not every TIT holder agreed to this so that's why I stepped in to continue maintaining Titcoin.

What remains from this are a bunch of misleading press releases and some hostile forum posts that are still around.

Also take a look at the comments, this post made many people curious about Titcoin.    This is only the start, we're intending to make this a recurring event featuring different content creators in the future.

The incentive model will work like this:

• Content creators will advertise Titcoin by including our coin's name in their pictures.
• We will advertise the content creator's posts so they get more viewers and more donations.
• If they start accepting Titcoin, we will encourage all Titcoin community members to donate a little amount of TIT to them in order to additionally support them.

A very simple win-win situation.    This is just one example of how an adult cryptocurrency like Titcoin can bring value to the world and fund the creation of adult content that would not have been created otherwise. We will make sure to further extend this concept in the future. Stay tuned!

We have one awesome community member in Discord (dogecointomars) who is getting in contact with many girls who might be interested in joining the Titcoin project or producing marketing material (which is basically Titcoin porn, lol).    Also I just fixed one inaccuracy on the website yesterday for example.

The block explorer will be renewed, I'm paying all of this from my own pocket as well as possible salaries for content creators and am intending to continue with this as long as there is at least one person who is still interested in Titcoin.    Thanks for the reminder.  

I have asked Coinmarketcap to add all of our markets (Novaexchange, TheCoin.pw) to their site multiple times, but apparently they only consider adding new markets if they have a constant volume of at least $1000 daily which is far off for Titcoin obviously.    In my opinion, Nova is a much better exchange than Yobit, but unless Coinmarketcap considers adding it there is nothing I can do here. Please refer to our homepage for an up-to-date list of Titcoin markets (https://titcoin.website/trading.html) as this is the only place we have full control of. Unfortunately due to their policy, the data on Coinmarketcap can no longer be relied on, especially for smaller coins like this one.

Hopeless.    They don't understand how cryptocurrencies work and refuse to listen when it's being explained to them. I just stopped arguing against it, hoping that additional experienced crypto members will join us who understand how this stuff works. I'm just maintaining Titcoin because nobody else is doing it. Right now the community activity is low but there is still a lot of potential and some people are still interested in the project (most of them in our Discord)! That alone is a valid reason to maintain a cryptocurrency.

I'm not wrecking anything, nobody forced you TittieCoin guys to change your ticker to that of an existing project. Now there is some confusion but that is caused by you, not by the supporters of Titcoin! This coin did not change much during the past years, there is an updated wallet and a new website (which is not based on Wordpress btw.) created by me, some old social media accounts have been sold to TittieCoin, but other than that, everything is still the same. And if we gain traction again, everything will be fine. I'm still confident that this will happen, which is the entire reason why I am doing this.  

Funny that you are calling us scammers since it is the TittieCoin project which is doing swaps without burning unswapped coins (in a POS currency!!), offering a "swap" from a different coin by claiming to be the developer (again without burning the swapped coins), "selling" masternodes to their users and asking people to stake their coins on a server that is owned by the devs themselves.    But I'm not hijacking your thread and calling you scammers because it's a different project that I don't want to have anything to do with. People need to do their own research.

I'm here maintaining this coin in the way it should be done, low activity or not doesn't matter. If there is potential that someone still believes in then this is a legitimate thing to do. If it doesn't work out, nothing is lost. So please stop harassing me or other Titcoin supporters here!
