We anticipate issuing 120M tokens with a max cap of $30M USD raise.
The total issue is currently anticipated to be no higher than 367M tokens, with no new tokens minted.

The tokens will be used by advertisers to fund advertising and earned by members of Cashbag as incentives for transacting with our advertisers.
We're now in 6 markets and have over 2500 advertisers either onboarded or in queue for integration into our platform.

The dev team is very experienced at both our platform and solidity/smart contracts and we'll introduce them in the white paper.
We'll also be expanding our dev team after the initial token sale, as we'll be accelerating our development.

We'll be accepting ETH and BTC.

Using ETH You'll need an Ethereum wallet pointed at the token/crowdsale address to participate in the initial sale and engage with the smart contract to deliver the tokens.

We will accept BTC but as Bitcoin doesn't support smart contracts these tokens will be delivered once the token sale has completed.

For the best result, use ETH as it's instant.

Merchants and advertisers offering services and products on CashBag can pay their advertising fees using the token.
Advertising is paid in local currency and through the token sale early adopters are guaranteed their US$ equivalent token value in advertising services in their local market.
As token value increases any redemptions will be valued at current market prices, effectively guaranteeing a discounted rate on advertising in the platform for early crowd sale adopters.


EARNING INCENTIVES & REWARDS
CashBag members earn tokens each time they transact via the CashBag platform and purchase from a participating merchant.
Initially, for every $1 or local market equivalent earned in cash back rewards the consumer will earn an additional 10% bonus ($0.10) in CBC.


GAMIFICATION / REWARDS
Members who choose to opt-in may earn tokens for acting on and sharing curated content and interesting information ranging from news stories to videos, movie or product launches.
