Tadej Slapnik at United Nations General Assembly

Tolar at Connected World Summit & AI Tech World

ICO is completed

ICO has ended on September 20, 2018. Total amount raised in presale and ICO: 28,807.01 ETH. TolarZ will be unlocked and transferred to contributors’ wallets on September 30, 2018. As it was announced earlier, all unsold tokens will be burned.

Tolar Masternodes

In case you wish to become a masternode owner, please have in mind that minimum number of tokens required is 500.000 TOL — this will be your stake in one masternode and it will remain locked as long as you are a masternode staker. When you launch a masternode, collateral will be in your wallet until you decide to switch to another wallet, sell, etc., by which your masternode will automatically stop working.

Tech Development — focusing on mainnet

Our main focus now is to develop our technology and business in general. We will continue to push hard with our technological progress and develop the mainnet according to the roadmap. We are close since just a couple of weeks ago, we have presented our MVP reaching a maximum speed of 154,000 TPS on 100 nodes. Tolar HashNET and Unibright are announcing strategic partnership

On September 4, 2018, Tolar HashNET and Unibright signed a Memorandum of Understading (MoU) to support further expansion and worldwide adoption of Unibright’s framework and Tolar HashNET.

Unibright https://www.unibright.io/ is the unified framework for blockchain- based business integration, which makes it easy to integrate Blockchain technology into existing businesses. It is empowering business process specialists to use blockchain technology without having to be specialists in a specific blockchain implementation.

Tolar and Unibright share the same vision in terms of providing their clients with simpler access to blockchain technology. Blockchain developers (especially blockchain specific) are rare and expensive, development process is complicated, and any bug is critical. Also, existing blockchain platforms often have low throughput, long time-to-finality and huge energy requirements.

The agreement will enable Tolar to offer all of its current and future partners easier and faster implementation of a specific solution that fits their needs. At the same time, it will enable Unibright to offer complete solutions to companies that require them. • In order to participate in the ICO, you need to pass the KYC, which can be accessed ONLY through our official website: https://ico.tolar.io.
• On this link, you will be prompted to enter your Ethereum address. If it is not whitelisted, you will be prompted to create a profile. Once you register your profile, you will be able to select the KYC option and fill it out.
• After properly submitting the KYC form, your application will be processed and you will be notified on your status by email. You will need to be approved by the Tolar Foundation Board to be accepted for the sale. In the case of acceptance, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions.

If you have already been whitelisted:

On September 12, starting at 6pm, Tolar HashNET, 4th generation blockchain, will have a live presentation to demonstrate its prototype with a speed reaching 150,000 TPS on 100 nodes. The event will be held at COTRUGLI Business School premises in Zagreb and is open to public.

First time in history, TOLAR team has demonstrated its prototype with a speed reaching 150,000 TPS on multiple nodes and all continents during a live presentation. Many blockchain experts were skeptical about the prototype and believed that it will not work on multiple nodes, with some comments being: “It may work on 11 nodes, but it’s never going to work on more than 39 nodes”.

As we are confident that our platform can reach the desired speed of 200 TPS on 100+ nodes, we have decided to hold yet another presentation to support our claims. As no one has demonstrated their MVP with a speed of 150,000 TPS on 10 nodes, no one has ever done so on 100 nodes.

Tolar, an open source, community governed crypto-currency, uses a revolutionary algorithm HashNET that features scalable, fast, secure, and fair transactions.  It employs Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and consensus algorithm which keep all positive characteristics of a blockchain technology while increasing throughput to more than 200,000 transactions per second.
