Its a shill site and only 38 wallets hold TBL token so regardless of what the paid ICOBENCH rating says the ICO doesn't seem to require they create the soft cap tokens even.

Indeed, Tombola is way different from other gambling project. Its competitor is outdated and less function than tombola. Most imortan is fees like gas they dont need gas on tombola so it is accessible to use.
