The only two seed nodes have been refusing connections for 60 hours now. Also see posts in the tradecoin forum.
Can anyone post some node addresses?

There's no good thread to ask this question on so maybe a really new coin thread will yield some responses.  Sorry for the off topic although this has to do with new coins and this is a new and experimental coin thread.

I've read on here there's guys who specialize in helping people take their coin live.  Does anybody have any idea how to find these people?

I have over 100 domain names locked up for various coins but I don't have much money at all and I can't program.  I really wanna launch a coin with a large following to see how that works since until now nobody has done that which is very odd.

I have coin names such as CatholicCoin, 007Coin, WolfCoin, UnicornCoin, MormonCoin, 21Coin, 69Coin (LOL, it was just too easy), 1StopCryptoShop, OneStopCryptoShop, ScientologyCoin, BlackJackCoin, FutbolCoin, SoccerCoin, BasketballCoin, GermanyCoin, ItalyCoin, RomaniaCoin, etc and many more.

Some of these might be cheesy but they would all get attention from niche players and some would have downright millions of built-in fans and loyal followers.

I don't know why all of these developers chose names nobody ever heard of as most people will automatically buy a coin they're familiar with.  That's a huge advantage and if you can get a coin just to go to $1 you can make millions and it doesn't take a large following to get a $1 coin as long as you do a fair launch and you don't pump and dump.

I'm looking for a long term thing here but I need help.  I've got a thing running on gofundme.com but no donations yet.  Not enough people know about these coins yet and I don't want to wait a year cause way too many coins will be out by then and it will be much harder to get noticed.

Right now my number 1 pick to launch is CatholicCoin.com.

Also can someone answer this:  What's up with the .org thing for crypto coins?  Isn't dot com still the best choice?  I also bought the dot org names too but only cause that seems to be the trend but I don't get why.  It's a waste of money but I wanted to lock these big names in.

So is dot org necessary for crypto coins or is dot com still the best and people simply couldn't get the dot com so they went for the dot org?

Anybody interested?

Well no, it would take a bit more than that. If necessary, the next generation of this coin will incorporate PoS if some jacka*s decides to 51% it

IMHO you should do it now while it's not too late and someone loses their coins. Just look at what happened to Powercoin. It's dead and it wont come back.

getmininginfo says:
"networkhashps" : 4394,

Am I correct to guess that any single PC CPU is enough to 51% attack TradeCoin?

why not PoS???

Because the code was already written and everything was already ready before it became apparent that PoS may be beneficial. It may be implemented in future generations of this coin though Cheesy

But wont it get attacked as soon as it hits some exchange? Since there's not enough incentive to mine and protect the network.

i don't know them. i thought about contact via their websides.

Good idea, I will do that tonight and see what the responses are

novacoin did the same at BTC-e. they gave BTC-e 110.000 NVC for adding the coin at the exchange.

cryptcy is big vern and there is a cryptcy account on here ( do a quick search )

I did do a search a while ago, thanks. I just asked because cryptsy has not logged in in a really long time so I was wondering if the owners go under different names

Thanks

I will pm a link to the cryptcy accounts on here  Smiley

Awesome, thanks. Other accounts are appreciated as well - I figure it cannot hurt to ask exchanges. The worst they can do is say no
