Also can you guys explaing the POS rules? How old needs to be the input 24 hours?

You are missing very important step. This is backing up wallet first before doing anything. If you don't back up wallet, and doing something wrong or your Hard disk destroyed by accidents, you will probably lose all of your coins in your wallet. Be careful, backing up wallet is extremely important to save your coins.

1. Add nodes. - no need to add anything
2. Deleted everything except wallet.dat. - yes
3. Synchronyze on another machine. - any PC

Synchronyzation stucks on block 5001.
Tried:
1. Add nodes.
2. Deleted everything except wallet.dat.
3. Synchronyze on another machine.

Nothing helped.

As you noticed, last few days we weren’t active much about our working on duties, short turn plans and news about exchange.  We listened all of suggestion and decide to be more transparent with our community. Let’s take a look on current working point at each department of the project:

1. EXCHANGE
Yesterday, we received an official reply from https://www.kucoin.com/ .
In abbreviated form, at this moment we do not meet all their criteria for listing. However, they are still found out our project very promising and want to list us as 1st exchange.
We want to specify our closest and main priority goals, which we must achieve to get listed, according to reply from kucoin:
1. Successfully release masternode system - done
2. Successfully release supernode system - date on agreement.
3. Clean up all source code – 18.03 (19.03) Release.
We are completely understand, that all of you is starving without exchange and this 3 steps in combination with list below is our main priority. We will try to keep you informative about our current work whole time till listing.
Even without approval from our targeted ex – we unanimously decided not to use a small exchanges for TSC. This ex doesn’t have any professional traders, doesn’t have enough creditability from serious investors and all, that could happens here in 90% cases with coin like TSC  - is huge price dump from hurry miners without good exchange volumes.
It is not our way. We didn’t sell a single masternode on auction to make a profit and kill a high buying potential on the exchange.

2. WALLET UPDATES

3. Site optimization and rebuild – till 21.04
We will organize a vote contest to ask community opinion about variants of our new logo.

4. TECH

2. One of our close goals (till June) is SegWit implementation. It will increase a scaling option of TSC blockchain tremendously
