Because there are a lot of spam usually. Especially in russian thread, where we can see discussion about only bounty and a lot of stupid spam posts about nothing. Also many multiaccounts in russian.
And what we have?
For example, I want to translate your WhitePaper(1000 stakes). It is hard work (30 pages, a lot of text).
As can you see russian thread have 300 posts already right now, and this is 300x5=1500 stakes already
Most of posts about bounty but not about WeTrust project! Now look other languages.
And I will receive the same as russian translator for spam posts in thread without his participation during 10 days? And we have still 2 months onward!

I think to be FAIR you can set next rules:
1. pay at least 1 stake per post.
2. count only posts made by translator/moderator (his own posts)
3. translators must make separate thread about bounty

Info terbaru nih dari WeTrust dari tread bule nya, mungkin karena hadiah yg diberikan dari bounty nya banyak seperti Moderator tread,whitepaper,slide yg mendapatkan stake yg lumayan,jadi banyak yang komplain dengan program bounty nya karena dianggap Spam terlalu banyak membuat tread tentang Wetrust khususnya Rusia.ya kita berharap gak ada pengurangan hadiah Stake aja
yang paling bikin saya penasaran sistim rosca pengen coba
bisa jadi alasan saya kasi tau pekerjaan saya selama ini di bidang apa ke emak
