I did deposit ether directly into the smart contract; but there is still no corresponding token transaction on Etherscan.
When I log into my Wallet directly i can see the assigned coins - they are just not visible on Etherscan.
Why? Did i miss something?

I can see the tokens in myetherwallet but can't see it on etherscan or ethplorer. Also, I cant transfer the tokens to another address using myetherwallet

Hi.

And support already keep silence for 2 week.

It is not a scam but sometime the payment takes too long to process played a little sum on their website to try my luck but zero won.
I think payment almost in all sites takes time gambling site, exchange site, Even coinbase also takes time to send or receive money its all about transaction confirmation.
