Put it in a great location, take lots of pictures, post some stories on Reddit, send a press release to all of the news channels, bitcoin news outlets, let the local TV crews know. As of yesterday they haven't heard from signal in a couple of weeks.
Maybe Signal will reappear and update us with something. I'm not counting on it and I know this will probably exclude me from any further talks with them but the silence needs to stop.
