I think that in all countries the same situation is. The authorities start to check diplomas and sertificates after someting is happend or sombody dies. In many spheres work specialists with fake diplomas.

To get education in unversity costs a lot of money and it takes a lot of time. Fake diplomas are sold on every corner. And fake diplomas much more cheaper. It is not a standart practic when organisation check the deplomas that is why many fake diplomas are used.
