I am almost sure you have that on CoinKing.io... That pool is ridiculous. They are still mining UCoins, and they do not care that PoW is finished and their users are losing their time and hash!!

you might need to describe your situation in more detail to get a correct answer.
The most likely guess based on your timeframe is that you are trying to still run the old x13 wallet and/or failed to swap your coins to the new chain

It's not dead at all.
Dev has been consistent and honest for 6 months I don't really expect him to change right now, and even if he did, this coin would not be dead.
