As far as I know the bounty has been paid but some people don't get paid because there are problems with the KYC process

yes right, I also think so, because their ICO is not clearly funded, and their tokens are listed on the exchange before the investor token is distributed. so it's better to avoid investing in this project

It’s too early to talk about a good time to buy, I don’t see the price change the trend, we are falling all the time and it has been going on more than half a year.
The market has come to life in recent months, all projects where fruitful work is being done have grown up relatively to their lows, but I do not observe this in UBEX.
There they rolled out a story about their difficulties, but I think that they needed to be thought of before the fundraising.
