Soft cap: 4.500.000 USD (news say they have already been reached in pre-sale, there were already large investors interested)
Hard cap: 30.000.000 USD

This is what I know.

If the token value is 2 USD, i think the hard cap will be at the end 200 million. Am I wrong?

To complete this summary of mine made some time ago, I add:

Ubiatar's ICO will accept donations, or rather sell its own UAC tokens, only in ETH cryptocoins.

You have to sign to the website and broadcasting, is working great and it is completely free , so why not to try.

As with all ICOs, their tokens will be listed in Exchange only at the end of the ICO itself.
Yes, the basic product is already working and testable, you can find all the references in the OP.

News I've seen on Telegram group:

The ICO will be postponed to permit that Smart Contract be certified from a Validator.
The Swiss legislation, in recent weeks, has issued several directives for the ICOs that protect the underwriters but that oblige the companies that issue the token to comply with ever increasing obligations.
These obligations will postpone the ICO's date to the advantage of protecting the rights of subscribers.

I only know a few details, you can find out more on the whitepaper.
Soft cap: 4.5M USD
Hard cap: 30M USD
ICO price: $2/token (i'm not sure)
The ICO will start on March 23 and end on April 22nd (1 month).

Friends are trying to do the KYC at icoengine, but they are not following rules about images and proof-of-residence and they get rejected. If you interested in getting the airdrop, do it fast and follow the rules, because there is a long waiting time for approval, due to high number of registrations.
