Yes, ATOMIC deleted my account with many coins.. No explanation, no response after 2 months. I have contacted every # and email. Lost many painstakingly mined coins and trades. Lost thousands of ultc as well.
Open a claim on the CDIC website please. Include as much detail as possible.

You gents might be interested in the SimpleMulti Beta (formerly SimpleDoge)
In addition to merge mining ULTC we have setup optional payout autoconversion for several coins, including ULTC (with more on the way).
This means you can mine any of the currencies we have ports setup for and get all your earnings paid out in whatever currency you want. Its also pretty simple to setup a direct payout address for any currency you mine + don't want to get autoconverted.
Right now the list of currencies we mine is sorta small (LTC + merge mined coins), but we'll be adding a DRK + Vert later today - and probably roll out some profit switching ports here in a week or two.

no problems here. sometimes 2fa can fail if your clock has not been synced recently, afterwards it works perfect and I'm able to login without further issues.
whats the error you got for password reset?

ULTC is still chugging along, trying to get us onto larger Litecoin pools. We are also looking for a partner to create a new pool (Quintuple Mining) to offer everyone. With 5 coins it should be interesting (Litecoin / Umbrella-LTC / Syscoin / Dogecoin / Viacoin).

No, it's not. It was proposed at one point but I don't believe there was an official decision on implementing it.

Dead coin?
Not hardly... how would you conclude to say that? its has a network hash of over 20Gh and growing, and is actively trading on Bittrex. It has become an asset for everyone who mines LTC on most larger pools, that also host uLTC as a merged mined coin.So, the answer is no, it by far is not a "dead coin"
The other Umbrella coins forth coming, will offer the same asset protections that uLTC does now. I look for uBTC to be very big and wide spread as it is put in place by mining pools for BTC, which most will offer merged mining for that. Yes we all are anxious to see them launched, but the dev is making sure all is in place after uLTC launch and perfecting the concept before moving forward with the others, which is a wise thing to do.
