Idex works fine. Get out of the 2017 mindset of "exchanges = progress". Also, idex 2.0 is coming soon. If the only thing stopping you buying is because you like centralised exchanges, then that is your loss. Idex has lots of great tokens.

They have shared a comprehensive vision for their tokenization platform (99% complete and regulatory compliant with German laws)

They have changed consultancy fees to accept ubt as payment at a set value of 14 cents. So while market price is below this it is gift to token holders and ensures that eventually 14 cents should become the bottom.

The team is not working into this direction from the long time but good sign is that they are still active and working on this platform. Maybe they are waiting for bullish phase when the whole market start moving forward towards new high direction than there is chance to see it on more exchanges.
