I store my UTN coins on the Universa network, can i translate them into UTNP tokens in order to trade on the exchange, when coins UTN is available from my personal account to my wallet and when trade in UTN coins on the exchange?
When UTN will be ready it will be possible to swap UTNP tokens for UTN on a 1:1 basis, but it's unclear if vice versa will be possible too, as by that time UTN will get listed itself on exchanges and will be no more use of UTNP.

This bullshit has been overthrown a few days ago on telegram by devs. This guy has a sick delusions or is a perfidious liar/cheater, which try doing fud to drop price, to buy more UTNP at lower price.
Why Universa is not scam, but is legit, serious project with a big potential ? Here is rational justification:

If I have tokens in an exchange and transfer to MEW or erc20 tokens, what will be the process to get Universa tokens later?
I hold my tokens in the main net of Universa, so I didn't transfer my coins to ERC tokens. How I can check my balance and when it will be able transfer Universa coins between accounts?
